Returns/Exchanges

 Fabric and Trim Returns Policy

Because we offer and request that you order a $1.00 sample of any fabric you will be purchasing, all fabric is final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact customercare@fabrichomestore.com if you feel that your product is flawed in anyway and we will be happy to assist you with your return and refund. You must submit your return request within 30 days of placing your order. If fabric is flawed and your return has been accepted by our team, please handle all items with care and return in same condition as when they were received. If an item has been cut, washed or altered, it is not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. If received on a roll, please send back on the same roll to avoid damage. Accepted and approved refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 1-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility.
Hardware Returns
All hardware is final sale unless damaged or defective. If you find you are not happy with your purchase or your hardware has come come damaged or defective, please contact customercare@fabrichomestore.com. If hardware has been proven to be damaged and defected and a refund is granted, all hardware items must be in original condition to be returned. Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 1-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
Pillow Returns
Pre-made Pillows: We want you to absolutely love your pillows. If you find you are not happy with your purchase, please contact customer customercare@fabrichomestore.com on how to return your item for a full refund minus shipping costsYou must submit your return request within 30 days of placing your order. Pillow(s) must be in original condition to be returned. Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility.

Custom Pillows: Since custom pillows are made to order, no refunds or returns will be allowed unless items have arrived flawed in any way. Please contact  customercare@fabrichomestore.com if you have any concerns regarding your custom pillow order.
