Q: How do I order a sample of fabric?

A: We are happy to offer samples on all of our fabric for $1.00 to make sure that you will love your fabric before ordering. Please select the sample button on any fabric to get purchase your sample. Q: How do I place an order?

A: Orders can be placed directly on our website. If you are unable to process an order on fabrichomestore.com, please send an email  customercare@fabrichomestore.com for assistance or call us at  (844) 811-6680

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my order?

A: We are usually unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. If needed, please contact us at  customercare@fabrichomestore.com and we will see if we can modify or cancel your order if it has not been packed or shipped. Once orders have been packed or shipped we are unable to cancel or modify an order. 

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: To track the status of your order, click the Track Order link in the bottom section of every page on fabrichomestore.com

Q: I have a specific question about a fabric such as material or durability that is not on your website- How can I get this answered?

A: We do our best to update our website regularly with updated fabric information but if you find that you have a question that has not been answered in our product descriptions, please email customercare@fabrichomestore.com
