Either they set out to completely screw me over, or they just didn’t care enough to actually try to make things work out for a customer. Either way, they left me in a bad situation. On the plus side, the fabric is great. On the negative side, I chose DHL 1-3 day shipping, which has low brokerage fees, and promised 1-3 day delivery because I needed my order by the end of the week. My receipt shows I chose DHL. They chose to ship UPS standard, with its 100$ brokerage fee on top of the expected import tax, AND It took two full weeks to arrive. Way past my deadline. And in addition, they didn’t wrap it well enough, so the wrapping tore open, and the fabric arrived soiled and that first yard unusable. Needless to say, they have caused me so much stress. It was so avoidable. It’s a shame, because the fabric really is absolutely gorgeous, and I would have loved to have purchased from them in future, but of course, now I can’t. I wanted to write this honest review in hope that other people don’t end up in the same incredibly disappointing and frustrating situation as I now find myself in.
